Shipping policy

1. Digital Delivery (Instant Access)

  • Products: Digital Workbooks, Field Guides, Ticket System Access.

  • Timeline: Immediately upon purchase.

  • How it works: You will receive an email with a secure download link instantly after your payment is processed. If you do not see it within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder or the "Promotions" tab.

2. Standard Physical Orders (The "Ready-to-Ship" Inventory)

  • Products: Stock Workbooks, Standard "Bolts" Merch, Prints.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to pack and dispatch your order from our studio.

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

3. Custom & "Made-to-Order" Tools

  • Products: Custom-designed Workbooks, 1-of-1 Apparel, Specialized Commissions.

  • The "Craftsmanship" Timeline: Because these items are designed specifically for you or require individual finishing (like the "Bolts" hand-touched details), they require extra time to construct.

  • Production Time: Please allow an additional 5-7 business days (one extra week) for production before the item ships. We do not rush the process of building your armor.

  • Total Wait: You can expect to receive tracking information approximately 1.5 to 2 weeks after placing a custom order.

4. Shipping Rates & International Orders

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your tools and your destination.

  • International: We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country upon arrival.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx), Tools for a Better Tomorrow is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages. However, if your tracking is stuck or you have an issue, please reach out to us. We will always try to help you locate your tools or file a claim with the carrier.

6. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with the carrier's first scan.
