By visiting our site or purchasing a "Tool" (digital or physical), you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

SECTION 1 - USE OF OUR TOOLS (NOT MEDICAL ADVICE) We provide "Introspective Capital"—tools, frameworks, and stories designed to assist with self-discovery, clarity, and decision-making.

  • Disclaimer: The content provided in our Workbooks (e.g., The Compass & The Map), Field Guides, and Workshops is for educational and self-exploration purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy.

  • Your Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and choices. If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please contact a certified professional or emergency service immediately. We sell compasses, not prescriptions.

SECTION 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DIGITAL LICENSE All content on this site, including but not limited to the "Porcelain People" narratives, "The Bolts" artwork, "Origami Bird" concepts, and the text within our Workbooks, is the exclusive property of Tools for a Better Tomorrow.

  • Digital Products: When you purchase a digital workbook or field guide, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share our digital files with others. Sharing a PDF workbook with a friend is a violation of this license and undermines the work we do to build these tools.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION We are "The Strategists" and "The Creators," but we are also human. While we strive for "Aesthetic Rigor", we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected immediately. The "Bolts" philosophy celebrates imperfection, and occasionally, our website may reflect that reality.

SECTION 4 - THE "LOST & FOUND" COMMUNITY CONDUCT If you participate in our "Lost & Found Department" ticket system or community spaces:
